Israel's largest e-commerce retailer needed to produce ~100 buying guides to grow organic traffic, rank in LLM-based search, and meet strict editorial, SEO, and brand standards—locally written and culturally accurate at scale. Manual prompting failed on consistency, traceability, SEO accuracy, coherence, and production safety.
Built a multi-agent pipeline that converts category research into production-ready buying guides. Four specialized agents handle market research, editorial brief generation, localized copywriting, and SEO validation.

Market Research Agent: Generates category research via Brave API—market trends, brands, products, consumer behavior, local nuances
Brief Generator: Converts research into structured editorial brief—positioning, decision criteria, tone, content constraints
Localized Copywriter: Produces full buying guide using templates, local language, cultural context—feels native, not AI-generic
SEO & Validation Agent: Validates meta tags, heading structure, URL logic via Python script—automatic rerun on failure
Orchestration: Shell-script pipeline with bounded context, logged outputs, traceability, human review gate before publish
